What you will do

• Design experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers
• Propose, test, and evaluate ideas to improve customer experiences
• Lead design activities including journey mapping, co-design, prototyping, critique, and user testing
• Present work, gather feedback, and advocate for customer needs
• Independently lead projects and deliver high-quality work on time

Requirements

• 5–7 years as a product designer, UX designer, or similar
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience identifying customer insights via user research and discovery
• Develop design strategies addressing customer and business problems
• Craft products using human-centered design principles
• Ship products with meaningful results; manage design projects effectively
• High-quality interaction and visual design portfolio showing critical thinking and creativity
• Expertise with design, prototyping, and AI tools
