What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX design for hirify.global Group portal surfaces, including post-login experiences across multiple digital properties.
• Drive design decisions from customer problem identification through high-fidelity deliverables and dev-ready handoffs.
• Contribute to the hirify.global design system by authoring reusable components, interaction patterns, and templates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineering, and CX research to drive activation, engagement, and retention.
• Embed AI tools into the design workflow for layout ideation, UX copy generation, and competitive research.
• Lead design critiques and peer review sessions to raise the quality bar across the UX team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS or logged-in product surfaces.
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling and strong systems thinking.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience partnering with PMs and engineering in an agile delivery environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting design decisions to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products.
