Salary: $156,750 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for growth funnels, from hypothesis formation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to ship experiments that move key business metrics.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify friction in acquisition, activation, and monetization flows.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and rapid prototyping.
• Design and refine onboarding, upsell flows, and pricing/packaging experiences to ensure trust and value.
• Mentor other designers and champion design quality and best practices across the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and optimizing growth funnels with measurable impact.
• Strong experimentation toolkit, including A/B testing and interpreting segmentation results.
• Portfolio demonstrating data-driven, growth-oriented end-to-end product design.
• Ability to design transparent value exchange in monetization experiences.
• Must be based in one of the 21 U.S. states where hirify.global hires full-time employees.
• Mastery of Figma and experience with AI prototyping tools like v0 or Figma Make.
