Salary: $215,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Monitor fixed income markets for relative value opportunities and pitch trade ideas to the CIO and Head of Internal Investments.
• Execute trading of fixed income securities, specifically focusing on agency and non-agency RMBS.
• Conduct regular surveillance and analysis of existing fixed income holdings.
• Build and enhance analytical models and platforms to support structured credit fixed income investing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, treasury, legal, tax, and technology.
• Train junior staff and oversee project work assigned to interns.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of investments-related experience (minimum 6 years required).
• Direct hands-on experience (6–12 months) trading or managing Agency RMBS portfolios.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work from Warren, NJ or New York, NY offices.
