Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Fintech/Mobile): Leading the continuous discovery process and delivering development-ready designs for a complex ecosystem with an accent on customer pain points and iterative testing. Focus on creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, contributing to design systems, and collaborating with product managers to drive the roadmap.

Location: 2 days onsite per week in London Victoria

What you will do

• Lead the continuous discovery process to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with researchers to test and iterate on design concepts before delivery.
• Create and annotate development-ready designs and prototypes in Figma.
• Support the delivery process by joining daily stand-ups and reviewing tickets from a design perspective.
• Contribute to the Figma component library and assist the design system team in maintaining consistency.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Designer.
• Experience within a mobile app environment or a complex travel/fintech ecosystem.
• Proficiency in end-to-end design, from facilitating discovery workshops to delivering UI.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a multi-brand organisation.
• Ability to thrive in a squad-based, collaborative environment.

• Analytical mindset with experience using data and A/B testing to inform product iterations.
