What you will do

• Lead the research strategy and manage the research roadmap for a key service or product area.
• Execute diverse research throughout the product development lifecycle, from generative to evaluative studies.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary design, product, and engineering teams to solve customer problems.
• Synthesize research findings into impactful and actionable insights to generate shared understanding of user needs.
• Triangulate data from various sources to create compelling customer stories that influence stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep qualitative research experience including usability testing, concept testing, and depth interviews.
• Proficiency in running and analyzing quantitative studies such as surveys.
• Ability to create strategic research roadmaps and plans.
• Experience with ethnographic methods, including contextual inquiry or diary studies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK to comply with hybrid working requirements in London
