What you will do
- Lead the full design lifecycle for complex product areas, from discovery and research to developer handover and QA support.
- Influence product strategy by integrating user-centered design perspectives into roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to deliver effective solutions.
- Use qualitative research and quantitative data, such as analytics and A/B testing, to inform and validate design decisions.
- Contribute to the evolution of ’s design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Mentor less experienced designers and advocate for inclusive, ethical design practices.
Requirements
- Deep experience designing complex web applications, business dashboards, or self-service onboarding.
- Expert proficiency in Figma for creating UI designs, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Proven ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly transactional journeys.
- Experience leading the full design process independently and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive design.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom to support the hybrid work model.

Hiring process
- Stage 1: 30-minute introductory call with the talent acquisition team.
- Stage 2: 1-1.5 hour interview with the Head of Product Design and design team members.
- Stage 3: 2 hour final interview with the Head of Product Design, Product Manager, and Engineering Lead.
