TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Conceive, design, and ship new products and features like mutual funds, bonds, and family investment tools with an accent on cross-platform design systems for iOS, Android, and Web. Focus on evidence-based designs, user research integration, high-quality implementation with engineering, and leveraging AI tools for enhanced design processes.
Hybrid: 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) in central London or Budapest, 2 days remote (Wednesday, Friday). Flexibility available for those with care responsibilities.

What you will do
- Conceive, design, and ship customer-exciting products and features to improve financial lives.
- Maintain and contribute to Design System for iOS, Android, and responsive Web aligned with Design Principles.
- Take full ownership of work from research to implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect details.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, research, compliance, and business for elegant solutions.
- Apply emerging AI tools to design process from research to prototyping.
- Build strong design culture and proactively improve product towards best-in-class design.
Requirements
- 5+ years product design experience with portfolio showing design systems and cross-platform products.
- Expertise in Figma (variables, developer mode) for pixel-perfect designs and prototypes.
- Deep UI/UX knowledge for iOS, Android, Web; end-to-end Design thinking process.
- Experience with qualitative/quantitative user research, planning sessions, turning insights into actions.
- AI tools experience (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in design workflow.
- Understanding of performance metrics, experimentation; strong empathy and collaboration skills.

- Design degree or related field.
