Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Design Systems & Fleet): Lead evolution of design system Fluxus and end-to-end product design for vehicle payments, fleet management, and corporate expenses with an accent on scalability, accessibility, and user-centered experiences. Focus on designing reusable components, optimizing design-to-development workflows, and building intuitive B2B journeys.

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week in London office (Vincent Square) and two days remote.

Global S&P 500 corporate payments company helping organizations manage business expenses, with focus on international vehicle payments including fuel, EV charging, and fleet management.

What you will do

• Lead evolution of design system Fluxus, designing reusable components, patterns, and foundations for usability, accessibility, and scalability.
• Uphold design system standards, collaborate with engineers on workflows, handovers, and AI-assisted tools.
• Design digital products, features, and journeys for vehicle payments and fleet workflows from problem framing to delivery.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs informed by research and data.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Improve end-to-end journeys and consistency across products and touchpoints.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in product design, design systems, UI/UX, or interaction design for mobile and SaaS.
• Strong visual, UI, and interaction design skills demonstrated in portfolio.
• Experience building and scaling complex multi-brand design systems with Token Studio and variables.
• Proven design of complex B2B or B2B2C digital experiences and end-to-end user journeys.
• Strong Figma knowledge and design-to-development handover improvement.
• Confident collaboration across disciplines, context-switching, and handling evolving priorities.

Nice to have

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and emerging tools.
