Engagement Manager II (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the full AI deployment lifecycle, from use-case design and operating-model definition through technical setup and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate technical workshops with customers covering objectives, technical specifications, model configuration, and integration architecture.
• Manage customer deliverables, project risks, stakeholder communication, and engagement progress through completion.
• Improve the standardized AI deployment playbook and project delivery processes.
• Provide customer-driven input into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; an MBA or MS is preferred.
• Experience managing complex technical projects from start to finish and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional services experience and confidence leading workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on technical understanding of conceptual machine learning and architectural design, with the ability to work with marketing, data engineering, and data science teams.
• Ability to work in London, United Kingdom.

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS.
