IT/OT Technical Delivery Manager

Location: Munich, Germany; project work may take place on-site or remotely, with worldwide travel required for assignments.

What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery of IT/OT integration solutions in international projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Support projects from sales and implementation through customer handover and hypercare or support.
• Design secure IT/OT architectures covering high availability, redundancy, disaster recovery, communication, and remote access.
• Translate customer requirements into technical designs and coordinate their implementation.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and technical customer contacts while resolving conflicts and managing expectations.
• Identify and mitigate technical and project risks, monitor progress, and prepare technical documentation and work instructions.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related ICT qualification.
• Proven experience in technical project management or lead engineering roles; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are relevant.
• Experience delivering medium- to large-scale IT/OT integration projects in plant engineering, automated intralogistics, or production systems.
• Expertise in physical and virtual servers, network and security infrastructure, datacenter design, IT security, and on-premise environments; cloud experience is advantageous.
• Several years of experience with IT/OT requirements analysis, project planning, resource allocation, risk management, supplier steering, SLAs, and highly available IT environments.
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written, are required; worldwide travel is expected for project assignments.
