Senior IT & System Administrator

What you will do

• Maintain continuity of IT infrastructure across the hirify.global Group.
• Provide Level 1–3 technical support, including troubleshooting, in-depth analysis, root-cause investigation, and corrective action.
• Manage internal IT systems, servers, endpoints, cloud services, office infrastructure, and data centre infrastructure.
• Coordinate hardware, peripherals, software, access, and cloud provisioning with team leads.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Customer Success on role assignment, server management, and preventive maintenance.
• Protect IT assets, infrastructure, access controls, firewalls, and related systems while improving the user experience.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, L2/L3 systems administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure technologies, and IT security principles.
• Experience managing servers, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers, networking, and storage.
