Hotel Supplier Sales Senior Specialist

What you will do

• Manage hotel supplier contract generation, renewal, registration, quality checks, and processing before implementation and billing.
• Engage clients to obtain signatures, answer questions, and resolve contract-related issues.
• Coordinate legal validation and company signature for incoming contractual documents.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, contract, and renewal data in Salesforce and related systems.
• Partner with Sales on renewal activities, customer adoption, daily requests, objections, and termination notices.
• Prepare renewal analysis and monitor reporting, training adoption, and system interfaces using Salesforce and PowerBI.

Requirements

• University degree in business or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or customer support.
• Advanced systems literacy, Microsoft Office skills, and experience managing projects.
• Strong organization, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and basic financial skills.
• Ability to work independently and support colleagues in complex customer and renewal situations.
