What you will do

• Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and timelines for migration activities.
• Coordinate resource allocation and ensure the readiness of tools and systems for transition phases.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for system and process migration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Support change management initiatives, including training and communication to drive adoption of new processes.
• Monitor project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Degree in business, management, or technology.
• Professional certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management or PMO.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Based in Manchester, United Kingdom.
