What you will do

• Build and leverage a robust network within partners to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow.
• Act as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support within the assigned region.
• Nurture relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals.
• Deliver high-energy training to partner sales teams to articulate the value proposition and identify client pain points.
• Manage the pipeline of partner-referred leads and facilitate reciprocal opportunities with hirify.global sales teams.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment.
• Proven ability to identify and build relationships across organizations to drive tangible execution and outcomes.
• Sector expertise in HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries.
• High energy and persistence to drive execution through third-party partners.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with GTM strategies involving HR tech or service offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in partner marketing, including event planning, execution, and lead development.
