What you will do

  • Acquire new clients through high-volume cold calling and proactive outreach to mass market agents.
  • Deliver professional product pitches and demonstrations to showcase the value of hirify.global solutions.
  • Build early-stage relationships and provide guidance to help agents navigate and optimize the platform.
  • Support account onboarding and activation to ensure a seamless start for new clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to share market insights and contribute to go-to-market initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a result-oriented and persistent approach.
  • Confidence in cold calling and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
