What you will do

• Own the partner plan for Japanese GSIs and MSSPs, including segmentation and quarterly execution priorities.
• Recruit and onboard new GSIs and MSSPs aligned with the ideal partner profile and market strategy.
• Develop and execute joint GTM plans, co-sell motions, and partner-sourced pipeline generation.
• Manage day-to-day execution, including opportunity registration, pipeline inspection, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with partner sales and delivery leadership in Japan.
• Coordinate partner enablement, certifications, and solution alignment to ensure effective delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and activate partners to deliver measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on experience working with GSIs, MSSPs, MSPs, or large solution providers in a revenue-focused capacity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as MDR, EDR/XDR, and cloud security.
• Fluent Japanese required; business-level English preferred.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Japan.
