What you will do

  • Lead downstream strategy, targeting, positioning, and messaging for sustaining and New Product Introduction (NPI) lines.
  • Drive commercial launch strategies, tactics, execution, and pricing strategies.
  • Partner with sales enablement and distributors to set training strategies and provide responsive field support.
  • Collaborate with medical education to lead surgeon training and present product features and surgical techniques.
  • Analyze sales and market data to assess performance, track KPIs, and develop demand forecasts.
  • Support upstream marketing in product development and execute product rationalization strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of medical device marketing or sales experience.
  • Full-time work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Experience managing multiple complex projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
