What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert in occupational health and healthcare management systems, providing guidance on workflows and industry standards.
• Translate healthcare market trends and innovations into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• Support product strategy and roadmap development by advising on user needs and clinical requirements.
• Develop competitive intelligence and positioning strategies to support sales teams in winning opportunities.
• Assist in sales enablement through RFP responses, product demonstrations, and solution positioning.
• Contribute to M&A analysis through product capability assessments and market fit evaluations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical practice and/or operational health management roles.
• Degree or certification in a healthcare-related discipline.
• Experience working with healthcare software systems as a user, administrator, or subject matter expert.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory standards, and industry practices.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
• Must be based in Canada.
