What you will do

• Develop and execute product line strategies and roadmaps aligned with corporate goals.
• Synthesize voice-of-customer research and market insights from pharma, biotech, and academic clients.
• Partner with R&D to define product requirements, technical specifications, and performance metrics.
• Own the full product lifecycle, including pricing, forecasting, and commercial launches.
• Perform competitive analysis to adjust product positioning and address market competition.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Product Managers on marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, marketing, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of immunoassay platforms and intracellular target measurement.
• Familiarity with flow cytometry, ELISA, and Western blot technologies.
• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify required).
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours as needed.
