What you will do

• Respond to provider emails regarding network access and eligibility.
• Handle calls transferred from Provider Service to assist Network Field Leads.
• Organize and maintain executed contracts, including credentialing oversight and roster fulfillment.
• Coordinate internal communications for the Network Field Team.
• Support Network Development and Value-Based Contracting Leadership tasks.

Requirements

• Must be located in AZ, HI, OR, WA, UT, or CA.
• Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance.
• Proficiency in navigating Google Suite or MS Office products.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
