What you will do

• Handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions via telephone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Process customer requests and prepare documentation for returns (RMA), servicing, and exchanges.
• Update databases with the status of returned materials and account for returns inventory.
• Record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
• Schedule field service repair calls and manage requests for additional company materials.
• Maintain records of product pricing, enhancements, and resolve return credit problems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal
• 2-4 years of related experience in sales operations or customer service.
• Substantial understanding of sales operations and the ability to apply skills to a wide range of tasks.
• Proficiency in handling RMA processes and technical documentation.
• Experience with database management and inventory tracking.
