What you will do

• Manage full-charge client billing for a large portfolio of experts outside the US across different time zones.
• Review client contracts and handle matter set-up upon case activation.
• Generate routine, electronic, and complex client invoices in accordance with contract terms.
• Perform WIP analysis, tracking, and reporting of multiple assignments.
• Collaborate with experts to ensure invoice and client detail accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to other billing staff once qualified.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-charge billing within professional services, law firms, or financial services.
• Experience developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10-key data entry.
• Experience with Workday or Elite 3E.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• E-billing experience, including E-Billing HUB.
• International multi-currency billing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bankruptcy industry experience.
