What you will do

• Manage the full billing cycle, including generating invoices and maintaining subscription amortization schedules.
• Oversee daily cash application and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Perform month-end AR subledger reconciliations and deliver aging reports to the Corporate Controller.
• Drive B2B collections through proactive outreach and coordination with Sales and Customer Success.
• Improve billing accuracy and workflows within Epicor and other financial systems.
• Support external audits by preparing AR schedules and responding to information requests.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations.
• Proven track record of managing billing cycles for product, SaaS, or professional services.
• Strong expertise in B2B collections and professional communication with enterprise clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP-based AR modules.
• Ability to handle complex priorities autonomously and meet strict month-end deadlines.
