What you will do

• Build relationships with business leaders as a strategic partner to support growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic and operational initiatives.

• Support month-end processes including flash reports, variance analysis, and commission accruals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI or data visualization tools a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, OneStream).
• Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
