Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist: Ensures financial stability by managing invoicing, payments, and collections with an accent on accuracy, customer relationships, and cash flow maintenance. Focus on resolving discrepancies, analyzing AR aging reports, and optimizing billing processes.

What you will do

• Process invoices, manage billing across business units, resolve unbilled items, and reconcile for accuracy.
• Apply and track payments, monitor overdue accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on past-due accounts via phone/email, maintain customer relationships, and escalate issues.
• Analyze AR aging reports, track overdue balances, and support cash flow strategies.
• Assist in credit evaluations, ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Enhance billing/collection processes, maintain records, and collaborate on workflow optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in billing, AR, or collections.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
