What you will do
- Manage business development and overall account strategies for large Payor accounts to achieve budgeted sales.
- Lead the development and negotiation of Payor contracts to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and functional team leaders to expand business within assigned territories.
- Establish and maintain C-Suite relationships, acting as a trusted strategic business advisor to customer organizations.
- Analyze competitive pricing and develop response strategies to ensure optimal Payor access for products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish sales and profit objectives while monitoring ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience working in a healthcare-related field.
- Proven experience negotiating pricing and contracts directly with Payors.
- Demonstrated success in presenting to and calling on executive-level (C-Suite) stakeholders.
- Consistent history of achieving sales quotas and expanding customer relationships.
- Full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight and out-of-town stays.
