What you will do

• Plan and deliver technology-focused projects, including AI tooling rollouts and process improvements.
• Maintain integrated delivery plans, managing milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate technical work across engineering, architecture, QE, DevOps, and security partners.
• Manage risks related to tool stability, performance, security, and operational readiness.
• Drive adoption and consistent usage of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and PowerBI dashboards.
• Provide concise delivery updates to stakeholders, translating technical progress into outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering technology initiatives (GenAI, cloud, tooling, DevOps, infrastructure).
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (PDLC, CI/CD, and Developer tooling).
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City, NY.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or cloud certifications.
