IT Project Manager (Infrastructure)

TL;DR

IT Project Manager (Infrastructure): Leading and delivering a portfolio of IT infrastructure initiatives with an accent on Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Focus on optimizing PMO standards, managing cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and implementing AI-enabled project management methods.

Location: Hybrid (Santa Monica, CA) - 4 days per week in office. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $112,000 - $168,000 + cash incentives

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans using Agile (Scrum, sprints) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Oversee daily execution, including planning, tracking, issue management, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with technical teams, security, and business stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Identify risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and lead mitigation planning.
• Contribute to the development of PMO standards, templates, and process optimization using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within infrastructure or enterprise IT environments.
• Extensive experience with both Agile (Scrum) and traditional Waterfall approaches.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving IT, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
