Sr. Manager Network Finance & Strategy (Biotechnology)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Base pay: $127,313–$167,099 USD annually, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Lead financial evaluations of manufacturing network strategies, including capacity expansion, product transfers, sourcing alternatives, and network configuration.
• Develop scenario analyses and business cases covering COGM, gross margin, capital requirements, cash flow, ROI, NPV, payback, and operational risk.
• Support manufacturing and supply-chain decisions for pipeline products, future commercialization, capacity requirements, sourcing, and investment timing.
• Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, and reporting across the manufacturing and supply network.
• Drive finance transformation through planning models, dashboards, reporting automation, advanced analytics, and scalable data solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Network FP&A team while partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, MSAT, Engineering, Procurement, IT, and Finance leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant progressive experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, supply-chain finance, strategic finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading financial planning, strategic modeling, business-case development, and executive decision support.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing economics, COGM, gross margin, capacity planning, inventory, productivity, and capital investment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple strategic priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional accounting/finance qualification.
• Experience with manufacturing-network decisions, capital investments, automation, capacity expansion, or external manufacturing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cell therapy, medical technology, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
