Salary: $105,000 - $141,750

What you will do

• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure for availability and performance.
• Evaluate new networking technologies and strategies.
• Participate in project planning, roadmap, and architecture activities, delivering multiple projects concurrently on time and budget.
• Respond to network and voice incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide remediation plans, including on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and team members to keep the network operational.
• Identify and resolve system issues, recommend corrective actions, and document configurations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in WAN/LAN with Cisco products (routing, switching, wireless) and protocols (HSRP, VPC, Port-channels, Spanning Tree, VTP)
• 5-8 years with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), QoS, and traffic shaping
• 3-5 years with SD-WAN technologies
• 5-8 years with Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and GlobalProtect VPN
• AWS, Azure, or other cloud infrastructure experience
• Experience in complex, distributed multi-OS environments; thorough troubleshooting skills from client to server
• Excellent communication, customer service, and mentoring abilities

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Cisco ACI, Nexus 9K, TACACS, Cisco ISE
• 5+ years with F5 load balancers, IPAM, and Visio
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto, F5
