What you will do
- Manage contract lifecycles and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Develop and adjust territory business plans in collaboration with National Sales Manager and marketing team.
- Build strategic relationships with hospital executives, surgeons, physicians, therapists, and other key stakeholders.
- Implement marketing initiatives, organize medical education events, and identify key opinion leaders.
- Monitor contracts, pursue new business opportunities, and participate in business reviews and conferences.
- Liaise with team to create product demand and maintain knowledge of product portfolio.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or equivalent with minimum 5 years in healthcare sales.
- Solid knowledge of Canadian healthcare industry, GPOs, procurement, and systems.
- Proven experience managing complex projects in Canadian healthcare.
- Strong computer skills including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and professional selling skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize under pressure, and travel up to 30% within territory.
