Location: New York, NY. Option to work from home near one of our Hubs but required to commute to nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities such as meetings, training, and events. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; no sponsorship for employment visas.

Salary: 135,000.00 - 230,000.00 USD Annual

What you will do

• Provide actionable insights into effectiveness and impact of Dental initiatives.
• Act as SME and business consultant, translating business needs into analytical solutions and recommendations.
• Build customized reporting and analytic solutions for internal and external clients to support growth.
• Drive open-ended analyses to optimize provider and client behavior.
• Present complex analytical information to sales leadership through effective storytelling.
• Lead business KPI design, measurements, and investment optimization opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, IT, Credit, Finance, and others; supervise team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of analytics experience (or high school diploma + 9+ years).
• 5+ years establishing/managing sales/marketing analytics in healthcare, financial services, credit card, or payments.
• 5+ years leading large-scale analytics projects.
• 5+ years utilizing SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau; strong Excel experience.
• 3+ years client-facing experience influencing senior leaders. Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s in mathematics, economics, finance, business, or quantitative fields; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Health/wellness or dental provider analytics experience.
• Credit card industry experience.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, Tableau; strong project management and communication skills.
