TL;DR

Senior Associate (Healthcare Analytics): Develop and analyze large electronic healthcare datasets to deliver data-driven insights for legal, regulatory, and business challenges in payors, providers, and life sciences with an accent on statistical modeling, financial analysis, and industry research. Focus on designing complex quantitative analyses, building financial models from transactional data, and contributing to expert reports and client deliverables.

Location: Hybrid role based in Washington DC office (or Tampa, New York, DC, Boston), working in office 3-4 days a week on average. Candidate must have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and files for project needs.
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis from public, industry, and client data sources.
  • Build statistical and financial models using transactional and financial data.
  • Contribute to client deliverables, expert reports, and quality control.
  • Participate in team environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in quantitative field (accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics) or related.
  • 2-4 years in data analytics.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, SAS, SPSS, Stata, R or similar; ability to execute complex analytics independently.
  • Commitment to high-quality analysis and attention to detail.
  • Interest in economic/financial analysis and research.
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation.
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required.
