What you will do

  • Support pre and post-sales motions across account management, customer success, and RevOps to drive business value.
  • Track and report on critical post-sales metrics, including customer health, renewal risk, and expansion revenue.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to lead metrics definition, reporting, and deep-dive analyses.
  • Build and maintain repeatable reporting workflows and data pipelines for product and business metrics.
  • Manage company business intelligence dashboards to provide visibility into revenue trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst with a track record of extracting value from complex datasets.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Looker/Tableau and Excel/Sheets.
  • Deep familiarity with RevOps metrics such as NRR, GRR, churn, expansion rate, and health scores.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, specifically account objects and renewal tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Customer Success (CS) platforms like Gainsight or Totango.
