Salary: $92,000–$137,500

What you will do

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with complex SaaS contract terms.
• Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle and lead collections processes, including AR aging and dispute resolution.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across systems and workflows to drive scalability and efficiency.
• Partner with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Sales to ensure a seamless transition from deal structure to billing execution.
• Ensure billing and AR processes are SOX-compliant and manage the documentation of key controls for external audits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Global Billing Operations team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in billing or finance operations, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Strong proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Deep expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes and collections workflows.
• Experience operating in high-growth environments with complex deal structures.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition considerations.
• Experience with AWS/Azure marketplace billing and tools like Coupa or Ariba.
• Exposure to Government portal WAAF and multi-entity tax environments.
