What you will do

• Develop and direct the creation of detailed financial models to value companies and investments.
• Analyze historical and projected financial data using Excel, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg.
• Present thorough valuation analyses to clients consistent with the project scope.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, taking ownership of the analyses they develop.
• Collaborate with industry specialists and participate in business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of study.
• 2 to 4 years of prior valuation work experience, preferably with a national accounting or valuation firm.
• Experience leading the development and completion of client-ready valuation deliverables.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Significant progress toward an ASA designation or similar professional certification.
• Experience with Option Pricing Models (Black Scholes) and/or Monte Carlo simulation.
