Oracle R12 Business Systems Analyst - Finance (Oracle EBS): Provide primary support for Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, AGIS, FA, Cash Management, and Asset Tracking, along with boundary systems and integrations. Focus on analyzing complex enterprise-wide business problems, creating functional specifications, re-engineering processes, configuring modules, and leading system improvements for optimal efficiency.

Location: Dallas, TX or Remote-US. Must have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship (no H-1B or other visas). Up to 25% travel required.

What you will do

• Act as primary Oracle R12 support analyst for Finance modules (GL, SLA, AP, AR, AGIS, FA, Cash Management, Asset Tracking) and Procurement (PO, iProcurement, iSupplier, EBTax).
• Manage requirements, functional/technical design, triage incidents, and implement enhancements/fixes for finance and procurement modules.
• Identify business requirements, recommend priorities, assess options/risks/costs, and lead process transformations and architectural assessments.
• Configure, customize, test modules, support period close activities, cost rollups, and integrations with Vertex, Paypal, Cybersource.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and Global Finance to promote best practices and deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Document gaps, perform configurations during projects, POC, and testing cycles.

Requirements

• 10+ years implementing/supporting Oracle Finance modules: GL, AP, FA, AR, AGIS, SLA, Cash Management, Asset Tracking; strong functional knowledge of Procurement (PO, iProcurement), EBTax, iSupplier.
• Deep knowledge of Record to Report process, Oracle e-Business architecture, ledger design, Legal Entities, Set of Books, Subledger rules.
• Experience with 3rd party integrations, Asset Tracking/Installed Base to GL/SLA, Order Management/Procurement to Finance.
• Working knowledge of SQL tools (TOAD) for queries/data validation; preferred: OBIEE, Hubble, Power BI, Noetix, EPM/Hyperion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation skills; business acumen for process improvement.
• Ability to recognize gaps in Oracle functionality and develop efficient solutions with minimal customizations.

Nice to have

• Understanding of reporting systems: OBIEE, Hubble, Power BI, Noetix views.
• Working knowledge of EPM/Hyperion.
• Localization experience for EU, South America, Africa.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
