What you will do

• Orchestrate end-to-end release lifecycle across Development, QA, DevOps, and Documentation teams using JIRA, Slack, and GitHub.
• Track milestones, manage dependencies, escalate risks and blockers for timely resolutions.
• Coordinate feature verification, CI/CD pipeline execution, system tests, and build releases to QA.
• Oversee bug screening, security scans, vulnerability management, and compliance with release criteria.
• Compile release communications and drive alignment among stakeholders from kickoff to General Availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Release Manager with experience in software build processes, version control, and QA workflows.
• Proficiency in JIRA, GitHub, ArgoCD, Flux, CI/CD pipelines, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of GitOps, R&D processes, coding/scripting for automation, and ability to understand code.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP controls and Compliance-as-Code (strong advantage).
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
