What you will do
- Map value streams to identify bottlenecks and process improvements from concept to delivery.
- Analyze and report on flow metrics including Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP to drive data-informed decisions.
- Mentor development squads on Agile practices, Definition of Done, and self-organization.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are prioritized and roadmaps are delivery-feasible.
- Facilitate blocker resolution and dependency reduction across cross-functional teams.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team health.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated delivery role such as Product Owner, Flow Enablement Lead, or Scrum Master.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Kanban, XP, Lean, and Scrum.
- Proven ability to interpret flow metrics and coach teams on accountability.
- Understanding of technical subjects like SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
- Experience with delivery management tools such as JIRA, Miro, and Confluence.
- Experience managing incidents and working within complex portfolio change environments.
