What you will do

• Maintain and update integrated project plans, initiative trackers, timelines, dependencies, and owners.
• Coordinate weekly workstream check-ins, capture updates, actions, and decisions.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and decisions with timely escalation.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting including status updates, risk summaries, and progress on deliverables.
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics and data analysis to support insights and decision-making.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, project management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience with project plans, trackers, and reporting tools with high accuracy.
• Analytical mindset for ad-hoc analyses and synthesizing insights.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for executive materials.
• Strong communication skills for team coordination and alignment.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.
• Willing to travel 75% depending on projects.
