What you will do

• Own core financial modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Act as strategic partner to cross-functional teams, delivering actionable solutions and deep-dive variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and KPI dashboards for executives and board.
• Support close processes and identify trends/risks.
• Collaborate with BI/data engineering to automate analysis and build governed systems.
• Influence analytical standards across finance and business.

Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, banking, consulting, or equity research; SaaS/tech preferred.
• Fluent with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor); proficient in Excel/Sheets but focused on systems.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• Strong first-principles problem solving, analytical reasoning, conclusion-first communication.
