What you will do

• Map user journeys and identify friction points to optimize conversion funnels.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
• Synthesize user feedback from reviews, support, and research into actionable product insights.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and conduct funnel analysis to drive growth.
• Coordinate with the China-based engineering team to ensure tight execution and alignment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or business operations.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex problems.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis to form and test hypotheses.

• Mandarin (Chinese) language skills.
