What you will do

• Map user journeys and identify friction points through structured product walkthroughs.
• Synthesize user feedback from reviews, support, and research into actionable product insights.
• Manage bug triage and resolution in close partnership with the engineering team.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, ranging from landing pages to compliance-driven features.
• Design and execute A/B tests and funnel analyses to drive user growth and conversion.
• Coordinate with the China-based engineering team, maintaining daily overlap during their business hours.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
• Exceptionally structured thinker with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Data-driven approach to forming and testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis.

• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills.
