What you will do

• Define the overall product vision and translate roadmaps into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog in an Agile environment using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to optimize current and new product offerings.
• Execute go-to-market plans and maintain tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch.
• Research market trends and competitor activity to inform the product roadmap and strategy.
• Partner with technical writers to produce and maintain product documentation, including release notes and user guides.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Management and/or Product Development of commercial applications.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong background in launching software in partnership with engineering teams using iterative development and prototyping.
• Experience driving the delivery of intelligence solutions such as dashboards, APIs, and real-time alerts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Azure DevOps product suite.
• Experience in UI/UX design.
