Contracts Manager

Salary: $77,000 - $103,950 annual gross before taxes

What you will do

• Manage full contract negotiation process from request to execution, including review, redlining, and risk assessment.
• Negotiate software licensing, partner, master service agreements, and NDAs.
• Coordinate with legal, sales, procurement, and finance teams for approvals and compliance.
• Maintain accurate contract databases and provide day-to-day legal support.
• Handle customer assignments, transfers, and outsourcing knowledgeably.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience with technology sales, licensing, procurement transactions, and software agreements.
• BA/BS in related field.
• Strong understanding of software contracts, licensing models, service agreements, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office.
