Contract Manager

TL;DR

Contract Manager (Data Centers): Support commercial transactions including drafting and negotiating customer and vendor agreements with an accent on hyperscalers and large customers. Focus on risk consultation, ongoing contract management, and enhancing contract lifecycle processes.

Location: Remote (US; must be authorized to work in the U.S., no visa sponsorship)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do

• Support commercial transactions by drafting and negotiating customer and vendor agreements, assisting with deal desk and contract structuring, especially for hyperscalers.
• Provide risk consultation and review various documents.
• Manage ongoing and post-execution risk and contracting support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and improve contract lifecycle processes, tools, and templates.
• Offer day-to-day contract guidance to protect company interests.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial and transactional experience as an in-house contract manager
• Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiations
• Excellent negotiation skills for complex terms
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with executives and resolving issues
• Strong execution skills to prioritize, act decisively, and handle high-volume complex tasks
• High sense of urgency and accountability in fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship
