Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (Contracts Specialist: $70,000-$80,000; Sr.: $80,000-$90,000)

What you will do

• Independently draft and review legal form agreements and correspondence on various contractual matters.
• Conduct research and prepare memoranda on contractual provisions, rights, and intellectual property.
• Partner with business executives and cross-functional teams as a company resource.
• Identify efficiencies, develop policies, procedures, best practices, and improve forms and processes.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA
• 2+ years experience for Contracts Specialist or 4+ years for Sr. Contracts Specialist
• Extensive experience in contract management, data entry, and document assembly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and document management applications
• Understanding of entertainment industry contracting practices and intellectual property
• Flexibility to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and new expertise areas
