Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

What you will do

  • Review, redline, and negotiate creator agreements for brand clients.
  • Advise, plan, and coordinate all aspects of agreement review and approval with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate and negotiate terms with creators, agents, managers, and legal counsel.
  • Manage contract workflows and tasks using Asana, trackers, and email.
  • Support the Senior Director of Business Affairs with contract execution and ad-hoc requests.
  • Evaluate content provided by creators for intellectual property risks and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, entertainment, or the creator scene.
  • Proven experience in talent/creator contract drafting and strong negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Intellectual Property principles, content rights, and risk assessment.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines and social media marketing regulations.
