Senior Build & Integration Engineer (Aerospace)

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 + equity

What you will do

• Develop system-level integration planning and build flows for Mega class satellites.
• Define and iterate on solutions to increase production build efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary integration point of contact for TVAC operations.
• Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration.
• Lead the build campaign for the Gravitas mission, coordinating across vehicle subsystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, aerospace, mechanical, computer, or other engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in an integration engineering role.
• Experience creating and optimizing production processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in interacting with CAD software and CAD models.
• Experience working in clean rooms and with ESD-sensitive equipment.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, etc.) per ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python and/or Rust.
• Experience with GraphQL and Linux systems.
• Experience in test or automation roles.
• Experience leading lift operations or creating GSE and tooling.
